We love what Leo Buscaglia says about worry: “Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow. It only saps today of its joy!”

It sounds really good that we want to be totally connected - that we increase our spiritual might simply by giving all we have to Spirit. But that is really frightening to a lot of people. They think you have to go to a mountaintop somewhere, or escape into the wilderness in order to be that committed. But nothing could be further from the truth!
